Where is the capitol of the usa---only need the name of the place .. again this is another written question in order to stem the spammers from easily registering for our forum and spamming us with their useless drivel. We hate to do this but it in one of the only ways to keep them out -- they are able to have their scum workers register on forums that simply use characters/Captcha as they can match charactersm, but most cannot read and comprehend the english language enough to fufill the questions and I add this explanation to keep them from being able to simply cut and paste the question into yahoo or google searches.
